This program is designed for individuals who want to begin their training as a Medical Assistant, even without prior experience. Through a practical and accessible approach, participants can acquire essential knowledge in both administrative and clinical areas from the early stages of their learning.

Medical Assistants play a key role in the healthcare system, performing tasks such as managing medical records, coordinating appointments, taking vital signs, preparing patients, and providing direct support to healthcare professionals.

Medical Assistants play a crucial role in healthcare settings. Their responsibilities typically include:

Administrative Tasks:

Scheduling appointments and managing medical records
Billing, coding, and handling phone communications

Clinical Tasks:
Taking vital signs and assisting during medical examinations
Collecting samples, performing EKGs, and preparing patients
Sterilizing instruments and administering medications (depending on state regulations)

Patient Education:
Explaining treatments and medications
Providing guidance on diet, exercise, and healthy habits

Office Support:
Managing inventory and monitoring supplies
Ensuring compliance with healthcare and safety regulations

Admission Requirements

Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent (no translation required)
No prior experience in the healthcare field is required
Valid Identification:
Passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID

Process

This program is offered exclusively in an in-person format for applicants with no prior experience in the healthcare field.

In-Person Format:
Students attend classes at our centers from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in a cyclical format.

Program Completion

Upon completion, students receive a continuing education registration and a certificate from SSF Educational System, along with guidance on their next professional steps.
